The shipping costs include runaway and processing costs as well as shipping costs and are automatically calculated by our system. It is advisable to group all your products into one order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via SwissPost with tracking.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Pickup on site
It is also possible to pick up the order at any time directly at our address during opening hours (9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday). Please note that we do not have a physical store at the moment so it is recommended to contact us on WhatsApp if you would like to pick-up your order on site. Once at our address, you will be asked to sign a receipt paper confirming that you have received your order.
Shipping to the rest of the world

When shopping from another country than Switzerland, no VAT is collected by us.
You will therefore have to expect to pay upon delivery import duties.
